Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or any small shape)

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and continue to cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef (or turkey) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and dried Italian herbs. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Add the pasta to the skillet, then pour in the beef broth and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Once the pasta is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Adjust seasoning if necessary and allow the dish to sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the Hamburger Helper in bowls, garnished with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of extra cheese on top. Optionally, serve with a slice of garlic bread on the side.
