3 large eggs

1/4 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional, for flavor)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy.
