2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form. This will create a fluffy whipped cream.

      Gently fold half of the sliced strawberries into the whipped cream until just combined. Reserve the remaining strawberries for topping.
