In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.
Stir in the chopped parsley, dill, and chives into the garlic butter mixture and remove from heat.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season them generously with salt and pepper.
Pour the garlic herb butter over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top for added brightness.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and additional herbs if desired.
