Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
Transfer the cauliflower florets to a lined baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
