Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle on a lightly floured surface to create a base for the filling.

Gather about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch them together to seal securely, forming a ball. Make sure it’s tightly sealed to prevent any filling from escaping.

Place the filled balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the biscuit bombs for flavor and an appealing shine.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the golden brown and the biscuit is fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle them with additional chopped parsley for a touch of color and freshness.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve these savory bombs on a serving platter with a side of dipping sauces like ranch or ketchup, and garnish with fresh parsley for added color.
