Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Shape the Beef Combination: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.

Encapsulate the Filling: Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disk. Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the beef ball and pinch to seal completely (like a pocket).

Coat and Season: Arrange the filled bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley for extra flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Serve: Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as is or with ketchup and mustard on the side.
