Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to form a small round disk.

Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it tightly, ensuring no filling escapes during baking.

Once all the bombs are assembled, place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added color and flavor.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve these cheeseburger bombs warm on a platter. You can add a small bowl of ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping alongside the bomb for a fun twist!
