Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 cup diced pickles and 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for added filling)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the Bombs: Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and form it into a small ball. Place the ball at the wide end of the crescent triangle and fold the dough around the meat, pinching to seal. Ensure there are no gaps. Repeat this process for the remaining dough and filling.

Brush with Butter: Place the dough bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with melted butter to give them a golden color while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the meat is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle a little more melted butter on top and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish. Optionally, serve with diced pickles and diced tomatoes for added freshness.
