Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the Filling: Form the beef mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. For each triangle, you will wrap a beef ball.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a beef ball at the widest part of each triangle and roll it towards the point, enclosing the beef completely. Pinch the seams to ensure there are no openings.

Brush with Butter: Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter to promote browning and add flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
