Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a kick)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into small squares, approximately 4x4 inches each.

Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each dough square. If you like a little heat, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.

Fold the corners of the dough squares over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a ball shape.

Place each cheeseburger bomb on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese with a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) and mix well. Sprinkle the mixture over the tops of the buns.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the bombs warm on a rustic wooden board, with a small bowl of marinara or garlic dipping sauce alongside for an extra touch.
