Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a plate. You should have around 8-10 meatballs.

Take the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Roll each piece into a flat circle, about 4 inches wide.

Place a meatball in the center of each biscuit circle and top with a generous tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the meatball and cheese, sealing it tightly to create a ball shape. Pinch seams to ensure they do not open while baking.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over each cheeseburger bomb generously.

Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 8-10 bombs
