Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine creating a marinade.

Add the pork tenderloin pieces to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat your grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the pan is hot, add the marinated pork bites in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Cook the pork bites for 2-3 minutes on one side until they develop a nice brown crust, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork bites from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
