Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.

Add Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Mixture: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix in Cheeses: Once cooled, add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the beef mixture. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Dough: Open the crescent roll dough, unroll it, and separate it into four rectangles. Pinch the seams together to make the rectangles solid.

Fill the Dough: Place a generous amount of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each rectangle.

Seal the Bombs: Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and pinch them together to seal completely.

Prepare for Baking: Place the sealed beef bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
