Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Cooking spray or oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Shape the beef mixture into four equal patties. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juicy. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the grill to melt the cheese.

While the burgers are grilling, mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl to create a quick sauce.

Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise and mustard mixture over each tortilla.

Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

Place one cheesy burger patty in the center of each tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to encase all the fillings.

Spray the grill lightly with cooking spray or brush with a little oil, then return the wraps to the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.

Remove from the grill and slice in half to serve.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4
