Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup pickles, sliced

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.

Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your desired doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

While the patties are grilling, warm the flour tortillas on a separate grill or pan for about 30 seconds on each side, until they are soft and pliable.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla.

Once the burgers are ready, place each patty on a tortilla, top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles.

Wrap the tortillas around the fillings tightly, tucking in the sides.

Place the wrapped burgers back on the grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, seam side down, to crisp up the outside. Flip and grill for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove from the grill, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
