Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

While the patties are cooking, warm the flour tortillas on a separate skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

On each tortilla, layer a grilled cheeseburger patty, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

Wrap the tortillas tightly around the fillings, folding the sides in to secure everything.

Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing each wrap in half for easier handling.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board or platter, garnished with extra pickles and a small bowl of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
