Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

½ cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

¼ cup pickles, diced

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup mayonnaise

Optional: hot sauce

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Cheese: Lower the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the cooked beef. Stir gently until the cheese melts through the beef mixture. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheeseburger beef mixture into the center, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles.

Add Condiments: Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise (and optional hot sauce) over the toppings.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to encase the filling tightly. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the grill, slice in half diagonally, and serve immediately.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the grilled wraps on a platter with dipping bowls of extra ketchup and mayonnaise. Add some fresh herbs or pickle spears as garnish for a pop of color.
