1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).

    Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, lightly grease it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

      Grill the Chicken: Once the grill is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

        Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: While the chicken is grilling, prepare the sauce. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
