8 slices of deli ham

8 slices of cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, or your favorite)

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1 cup of breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for frying)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by laying out the slices of deli ham on a clean surface. Place a slice of cheese on top of each piece of ham.

    Carefully roll up each ham and cheese slice tightly, starting from one end to the other. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

      Set up a breading station:

        - In one shallow bowl, place the flour mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

          - In a second bowl, beat the eggs.

            - In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.

              Dip each rolled ham and cheese stick first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, ensuring it’s fully covered.

                Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
