Ingredients

2 pounds fresh or frozen crab legs (Alaskan or Dungeness)

1 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

If using frozen crab legs, thaw them by placing them in cold water for about 30 minutes or letting them sit in the fridge overnight.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not let it brown).

Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low for an additional minute. Remove from heat.

Place the thawed crab legs in a large baking dish. If the legs are too long, you can break them into halves or quarters for easier handling.

Pour the garlic butter sauce over the crab legs, making sure they are evenly coated.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent the crab legs from drying out during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the crab legs are heated through.

Carefully remove from the oven and take off the foil. Use tongs to serve the crab legs, drizzling any remaining butter sauce over them.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.

                      Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                        - Presentation Tips: Arrange the crab legs on a large platter, drizzle some of the remaining butter sauce over them, and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for a vibrant and delicious appearance. Enjoy!
