4 cups fresh corn kernels (or 2 cans of corn, drained)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Melt the Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

    Add Honey: Once the butter has melted, stir in the honey until well combined, creating a sweet butter mixture.

      Cook the Corn: Add the fresh corn kernels to the skillet. If using canned corn, be sure to heat it thoroughly until warmed through. Stir the corn into the honey butter mixture to coat evenly.

        Season: Sprinkle in the sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to incorporate the flavors into the corn.

          Sauté: Continue cooking the corn for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and caramelized slightly.

            Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top before serving.
