In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Do this in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add the broccoli and snap peas to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are vibrant and slightly tender.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything. Stir well to coat all ingredients effectively.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Serve in a deep platter, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for a pop of color.
