Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, minced parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, combine honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it starts to simmer. If you want a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and add it to the saucepan, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
Once the meatballs are done baking, transfer them to the saucepan and gently toss them in the honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
Transfer the coated meatballs to a serving dish, and garnish with sesame seeds and additional parsley if desired.
