Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (like andouille or kielbasa)

2 cups broccoli florets

1/4 cup honey

4 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Cook the Sausage: Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy, stirring occasionally.

Add Broccoli: Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until they turn bright green and are tender-crisp.

Add Shrimp: Push the sausage and broccoli to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp to the center. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink.

Combine Ingredients: Stir everything together in the skillet; pour the honey garlic sauce over the mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, tossing constantly, until the shrimp is fully cooked and coated in the sauce.

Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preferences.

Serve: Once done, remove the skillet from heat.

Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top for a fresh crunch.
