A delicious and spicy salmon dish glazed with honey and Sriracha.

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
Brush the honey Sriracha glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet, reserving a little for later.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
For an extra caramelized finish, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with any remaining glaze.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
