1 cup diced ham (smoked or honey-baked)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

      Add the sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well blended.

        Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

          Transfer the dip to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) and smooth the top with a spatula.

            Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the top for a burst of color.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
