Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup Frank's RedHot sauce (or preferred hot sauce)

2 tablespoons truffle oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for better airflow.

Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this helps them crisp up during baking. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.

Make the Sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Mix the Sauce: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the hot sauce and truffle oil until thoroughly combined. Then, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until it dissolves into the sauce.

Toss Wings in Sauce: Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic truffle Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss them to coat evenly.

Serve: Plate the coated wings and sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the wings on a large platter lined with parchment paper. Add a small bowl of ranch or blue cheese dressing in the center for dipping, and a sprinkling of extra parsley around the platter for an appealing touch.
