1 lb. walleye fillets, cooked and flaked

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot sauce (more to taste)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Fold in the flaked walleye, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

        Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
