1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

2 cups ice

Lemon slices, for garnish

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Blueberry Puree: In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Set aside.

Brew the Tea: In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the tea bags for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow it to cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, add the blueberry puree, honey, brewed tea, and fresh lemon juice. Stir until well combined and the honey is dissolved.

Mix and Chill: Add the remaining cup of cold water and mix. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.

Serve: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice, pour the blueberry tea lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
