Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup pickles, sliced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Combine Meats and Cheese: Stir in the crispy bacon and both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese into the cooked beef. Let it melt slightly (about 2 minutes).

Prepare the Tortillas: Warm the flour tortillas slightly in another pan or microwave to make them pliable.

Assemble the Burritos: On each tortilla, layer in about ¼ of the beef and bacon mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, red onions, ketchup, and mustard.

Roll the Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.

Fry the Burritos: In a clean skillet, heat a little cooking oil over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).

Slice and Serve: Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, and slice in half to reveal the delicious layers inside.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve with a side of extra ketchup and mustard for dipping, and garnish with fresh herbs or more shredded lettuce on the plate for color. Enjoy your decadent creation!
