Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup ricotta cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 14x10 inches in size.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Layer the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese mixture.

Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal. Tuck the ends in to secure the filling.

Place the Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the Stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, allow it to cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
