8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2-3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for coating)

Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.

    Add in the finely chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Using your hands, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used. You should have around 15-20 balls.
