Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup diced pickled jalapeños (more for garnish if desired)

1/4 cup fresh green onions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the diced pickled jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the breadcrumbs are well coated.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with extra diced jalapeños and reserved green onions for added color and flavor.
