Ingredients

4 flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled bacon (cooked and cooled)

2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle a bit of olive oil.

Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture over half of the tortilla, leaving a bit of space around the edges.

Fold the tortilla in half and gently press down to seal. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the underside is golden brown and crispy.

Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve warm with a side of ranch dressing or salsa for dipping. You can garnish with extra sliced green onions and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper for an added kick!
