matcha green tea powder

coconut milk (canned for creaminess)
1/2
cup
almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/4
cup
honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

sea salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, sift the matcha green tea powder to avoid any lumps.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
Gradually add the sifted matcha powder to the milk mixture, whisking continuously until fully incorporated and smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Pour the matcha latte mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they release easily.
Notes
Serve on a colorful plate, and sprinkle a bit of extra matcha powder on top for a decorative touch, or garnish with fresh mint leaves.
