Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion.

    Add the sliced Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the mixture.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
