1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (mini size)

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla pudding mix

2 cups whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Shaved chocolate or chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth and thickened. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
