Ingredients

200g chicken breast, cut into chunks

200g beef steak, cubed

200g lamb ribs, cut into pieces

1 red bell pepper, cut into squares

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares

1 red onion, cut into wedges

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Zesty Fries:

4 large potatoes, cut into fries

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate the meats: In a large bowl, combine chicken, beef, and lamb. Add olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more flavor).

Prepare the fries: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). In another bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, and salt until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking tray in a single layer.

Bake the fries: Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Grill the meats: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated meats and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating between types of meat and vegetables. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until meats are cooked through and have nice char marks.

Serve the platter: On a large serving board or platter, arrange the grilled skewers alongside the hot crispy fries. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

            Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4

              - Presentation Tips: Serve the platter with a side of dipping sauce like garlic mayo or a yogurt-based dip, and add lemon wedges for an extra zesty touch!
