1 cup fresh or frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the fresh or frozen dragon fruit chunks and banana slices.

    Add the Greek yogurt and Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup to the blender.

      Pour in the coconut milk and add honey or agave syrup if desired.
