1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup crushed nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)

1/4 cup M&M's or colorful candy-coated chocolates

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Add the vanilla protein powder into the mixture and blend well until fully incorporated.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, and M&M's (or candy-coated chocolates) until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing once more to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture has been shaped into balls.

Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
