Ingredients

12 slider rolls

6 slices of ham

6 slices of turkey

6 slices of Swiss cheese

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

1 cup raspberry jam (for dipping)

Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Sliders: Slice each slider roll in half horizontally, leaving them connected at the back to create a hinge. Place the bottom halves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Layer the Ingredients: On each slider bottom, layer ham, turkey, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Place the top halves back on.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Dip the Sliders: Carefully dip each assembled slider into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Allow excess mixture to drip off.

Coat with Breadcrumbs: Roll the dipped sliders in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Arrange them back on the baking tray.

Bake: Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crisp.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm with raspberry jam for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a platter stacked with fresh parsley for a pop of color, and place a small bowl of raspberry jam in the center for dipping. Enjoy!
