Ingredients

8 ounces spaghetti

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (for topping)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Add the drained spaghetti to the chicken mixture and gently fold until the spaghetti is evenly coated.

Fold in half of the Monterey Jack cheese and half of the sharp cheddar cheese into the spaghetti mixture.

Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses. Arrange the diced tomatoes over the top for added color and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with sliced green onions and fresh parsley if desired.
