Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

Zest of 1 orange

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated.

Add the powdered sugar, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined and smooth.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.

Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Return the dipped truffles to the baking sheet.

While the white chocolate is still warm, sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each truffle for an added flavor twist.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour to set the chocolate coating.

Once set, enjoy your refreshing orange creamsicle truffles!
