Ingredients

8 oz. rotini or penne pasta

1 lb. thinly sliced beef (sirloin or flank steak)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced beef. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften, then add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the skillet, then add the pasta. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, followed by the Worcestershire sauce. Stir everything together, ensuring the pasta is submerged in the liquid.

Cook the Pasta: Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has absorbed.

Add the Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the provolone and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious One-Pot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Skillet!
