Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

3/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness as desired)

2 cups cold water

4 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, honey (or agave syrup), and cold water. Blend until smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup. Blend again briefly if you make any adjustments.

Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse briefly until the ice is crushed and the mixture is slushy. Avoid over-blending, as you want a chunky slush texture.

Pour the slush into chilled glasses or cups.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and an extra slice of peach on the rim of each glass, if desired.
