2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup chicken broth

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli works well)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season them with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
