Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal it tightly, forming a ball.

Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each biscuit ball.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops for an extra flavor boost.
