Ingredients
  

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup shredded coconut (toasted optional)

Whipped cream, for topping

Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract.

    Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

        If you want a thicker milkshake, add more ice cream. For a thinner consistency, add a splash of coconut milk.

          Blend again until the desired consistency is achieved.

            Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.

              Top each milkshake with whipped cream, a sprinkle of toasted coconut, and a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim of the glass.
