Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated pizza dough (16 oz each)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

On a floured surface, roll out each can of pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into triangles (about 4 inches wide at the base) using a pizza cutter or knife.

In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, diced bell pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Place a generous spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the base of each triangle of dough.

Fold the sides of the triangle over the filling and roll it up tightly, starting from the base.

Arrange the pizza bombs in a circular shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a wreath shape.

Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wreath.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

                        Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the Pizza Bomb Wreath on a large wooden board with a bowl of marinara sauce in the center for dipping. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color.
